MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A body recovered in Blytheville, Arkansas last month has been identified as a woman who was reported missing in early December, police say. The body of Madison Starnes was discovered in the 800 block of Rosemond on December 28. On Friday, the Blytheville Police Department identified Starnes as the deceased and stated that she had been missing since December 8. Police have not released her cause of death.
