Cold and blustery weekend ahead

The Latest Northeast Wisconsin Forecast from Storm Team 5...
After stubborn clouds and a few light flurries this morning, high pressure to our west has cleared the clouds out for most this afternoon. However, we are on the eastern side of this system, which is dragging in NW flow from interior Canada, so expect at or below average temperatures to be the norm for the first and second weeks of the new year.
Tonight, mostly clear skies, and temperatures will fall quickly with the absence of cloud and a NW wind that will still be blustery on the order of 10-20mph. Lows tonight in the single digits, feeling like 10 to 15 below zero on the wind chill tomorrow morning.
Plentiful sunshine out there tomorrow, but certainly feeling like the season. Highs in the teens with wind chills in the positive single digits throughout the day. Wind will stay breezy throughout the day, but should ease a bit overnight. Lows into the single digits, with wind chills -5 to -10.
Planning on going to Lambeau on Sunday? Make sure to dress accordingly! Temperatures will be in the low teens for tailgating and around 18 degrees at kickoff under mostly sunny skies. While the wind wont be blustery, feel like temperatures will be in the single digits, barely cresting into the teens in the afternoon. Daytime high temperatures will sit in the upper teens and low 20s.
Have to watch for a few lake effect snow showers to clip out lakeshore counties Monday morning as a storm system passes to our south, turning our winds briefly to the north. Otherwise, plan for quiet weather for a majority of the week with highs at or below average.
