Jan 03, 2025
We're seeing a fresh blanket of snow across parts of northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio today. Several reports of over an inch of snow came in from the overnight hours, including up to two inches in Fort Wayne and Warsaw!
Here is a recap of snow reports from last night's weather system.
Behind the overnight system, scattered lake effect snow showers have developed throughout the daytime hours. Wind chills are also running quite low, as a result of the gusty winds causing the lake enhanced precipitation.
Bundle up and watch out for additional lake effect snow showers this evening into tonight. Not much additional accumulation is expected, but watch out for slick spots and reduced visibilities at times. Winds will continue to gust up to 25 mph tonight, resulting in wind chills tumbling into the single digits. Stay warm!
