BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- One person is left with injuries after a vehicle and pedestrian crash in the Oildale area Thursday night. Officials with the highway patrol say the crash was reported on North Chester Avenue, south of Warren Avenue around 7 p.m. The pedestrian involved was taken to the hospital with moderate to major injuries, according to officials. Pet of the Week: Holly The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Officials with the California Highway Patrol say DUI is not suspected and the driver was not arrested.
