MARYLAND (DC News Now) -- Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) and Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) announced on Friday morning it would be closing early due to winter weather. WCPS also said it would be dismissing schools two hours early due to the weather and that "all after-school and evening activities are cancelled."
