Millbrae masseuse arrested for sexually assaulting woman during massage: SMCSO

(KRON) – A Hayward man was arrested for sexually assaulting a woman during a massage therapy session, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were notified of a sexual assault that occurred in a Millbrae business in the 900 block of Broadway on Dec. 22. Authorities said a woman during a massage therapy session received “unwanted, inappropriate and sexual touching by the male massage therapist.” The sheriff’s office said they provided resources to the victim before beginning its investigation.
Deputies identified 47-year-old Hayward resident Guosheng Chen as the assailant and obtained a $400,000 warrant for his arrest on Dec. 31.

Manager allegedly embezzled more than $141K from Benicia business
Chen was charged with oral copulation, sexual penetration and sexual battery involving an unconscious person. On Thursday, he was arrested by the Hayward Police Department and booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility.
According to authorities, Chen has worked as a massage therapist in multiple counties, including Alameda County, Contra Costa County, San Diego County and San Mateo County.
