Syracuse, N.Y. — A 13-year-old and 14-year-old boy lead Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office deputies on a chase in a stolen car through Syracuse Friday morning.The chase started at 5:27 a.m. near Velasko Road after a deputy tried to stop a car, said Tom Newton, a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office.
