BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WSAV) - The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) is asking for the public’s help locating a missing girl. The family of 16-year-old Mayah Murdaugh reported her missing around 2 a.m. on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, stating she’d left the home sometime after midnight. BCSO has reason to believe she could possibly be in the Seabrook area. She’s described as 5’4”, weighing 150 lbs. She was last seen wearing a black crop top with pink lettering, pink jogging pants and black slippers. Anyone with information about Mayah’s whereabouts is asked to call our non-emergency dispatch line at 843-524-2777.
