A Pierre teenager is charged with Underage Consumption of Alcohol after a disturbance early Friday morning (Jan. 3, 2025). The Pierre Police Department was called to the 700 block of East Wells Avenue at approximately 2:30am for a reported disturbance. The investigation determined 19 year old female Kaydense J. Longcrow had been consuming alcohol. Longcrow was taken into custody and transported to the Hughes County Jail.
