At the black and gold bloodmobile, Belle Chasse Pre-K teacher Jen Williams had no doubt she would donate. "I know someone who passed away on Bourbon Street, Hubert Gauthreaux, 21 years old. This is my call to action," said Williams. "Inventory levels were already strained, to have a mass casualty like this really puts a hampering on our inventory levels," said Billy Weales, The Blood Center.
