North Carolina man accused of hitting disabled person with brick

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A man was arrested by Raleigh police Thursday in connection with the assault of a disabled victim, a warrant shows.
Isiah Jarad Jacobs, 31, of Rocky Mount is charged with felony assault of an individual with a disability, according to the warrant issued by the Raleigh Police Department.
Man charged with homicide in death of special needs child in South Carolina
The warrant shows Jacobs struck the disabled victim in the face with a brick on Dec. 16, 2024.
According to court records, Jacobs received a $50,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Wake County Court on Friday.
