HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A woman accused of shooting and killing a 28-year-old man at his Conway-area home on New Year's Eve was dating him and had been living with him since November, according to arrest warrants obtained by News13.
Kimberly Maggert, 18, of Clayton, Georgia, was charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime in the death of Keenan Blumenschein. She was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center late Tuesday night, where she remains without bond.
Arrest warrants show Maggert and Blumenschein had been dating since July and had lived together since November. Officers initially responded at about 6:20 p.m. on New Year's Eve to Hayloft Circle for a possible suicide, according to a police report.
