1 in custody after crashing multiple times in Las Cruces, sheriff says

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A person is in custody after crashing multiple times and allegedly causing a fire Friday morning, Jan. 3, in Las Cruces, a spokesperson with the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Office said.
The spokesperson said deputies encountered a vehicle that crashed into Milo's Barbershop and appeared to have caused a structure fire.
The vehicle then fled the scene, and deputies encountered the same vehicle after it crashed a second time on Bell and South Main Street, the spokesperson said.
The vehicle then crashed a third time into a deputy's unit near the area. The spokesperson said a deputy sustained a minor injury as a result of the crash.
The incident took place on Friday morning. However, no exact time was given as to when the incident occurred.
