PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — An investigation is underway after a shooting early Friday morning in Providence. Police say a driver inside a car on Broad Street was shot around 12:30 a.m. He was taken to Rhode Island Hospital, according to police, with non-life-threatening injuries.
