IRONDEQUOIT, N.Y. (WROC) — Capones Italian said on Facebook that they want to open up a second location in the Titus Tavern building in the former Cooper Deli. The building was stuck in a back-and-forth with a previous owner for years. Late last year, the building and other adjoining properties were bought by Bill Boneberg of Sotheby's for redevelopment. Boneberg confirmed to News 8 that a coffee shop will also be coming to the development. Capones looks to open there in the spring.
