Syracuse, N.Y. — After this week’s fan vote, Oswego freshman guard Kaelyn Bond is the girls basketball player of the week for Week 4.Bond tallied a career-high 21 points, five rebounds and two steals against Skaneateles on Dec. 27 and 15 points, two rebounds, three assists and four steals against Vernon Verona Sherrill on Dec. 28.
