Driver clocked going 133 mph in 55 mph zone on I264 in Virginia Beach

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia State Police clocked a driver going 133 mph in a 55 mph zone in Virginia Beach.
The offense happened on Dec. 1. just after 3 p.m. on I-264 eastbound, near Witchduck Road.
State Police posted a redacted copy of the summons to its social media pages just before New Year's as a reminder to "Drive smart, stay safe!"

VSP trooper clocks driver going 128 mph
According to the summons, the driver was in a 2-door white Mustang. The driver was charged with reckless driving, which in Virginia is speeding more than 20 miles per hour above the posted limit.
The court date is scheduled for Jan. 31.
