GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Multiple lanes of Interstate 85 North/40 East were closed as the result of a Thursday morning crash, according to the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The crash occurred between Mile Marker 132 and Mile Marker 133 near Exit 132 for Mt. Hope Church Road just ahead of where I-85 and I-40 merge.
