ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Authorities are searching for a missing teenager from Penfield. The Monroe County Sheriff's Office said 15-year-old Raquel Castro left her Penfield home and was last seen around 8:40 a.m. Wednesday getting into an unknown vehicle. Raquel was last seen wearing a black hoody, black sweatpants, and gray sandals. Deputies are asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to call 911.
