JAMES ISLAND, S.C. (WCBD) -- The Town of James Island will kick off 2025 with its First Friday Town Market, which is designed for the whole family! This special New Year’s edition of the Town Market will feature 25 local vendors. "We’re thrilled to start 2025 with this special Town Market," said Mayor Brook Lyon. "It’s a wonderful opportunity for families, friends, and neighbors to come together and celebrate the New Year, and we hope to see you all there." Visitors can enjoy live music performed by Charleston's own Front Porch Rockers, who will play classic hits from iconic artists such as The Beatles, Eric Clapton, The Allman Brothers, CCR, and many more. The expected vendors will feature food trucks, farm-fresh produce, arts and crafts, a petting zoo and much more! The First Friday Town Market will take place on Friday, January 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Town Hall, located at 1122 Dills Bluff Rd.
