VIRGINIA (DC News Now) -- The wait is officially over and Virginia Lottery has announced the winning ticket numbers for the 2025 New Year's Millionaire Raffle. Across the Commonwealth, five people are kicking off the New Year with "Lady Luck" after winning $1 million in Virginia Lottery's New Year's raffle, and two tickets were bought in Northern Virginia. ‘Moment of pure joy’: First babies of 2025 arrive at hospitals in Silver Spring, Rockville According to the Virginia Lottery, the winning tickets were purchased at the McNair Farms Sunoco on Coppermine Road in Herndon, and at the Schmitz Sunoco on Creek View Plaza in Ashburn. The winning ticket in Herndon was #068764 and in Ashburn, #074973. But, now the question is: Who has the two $1 million tickets? To claim the prize, ticket holders must sign the back of the ticket, and mail it to the Virginia Lottery, P. O.
