FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A local restaurant chain in Fresno has announced on New Year's Day one location is closing its doors. The owner of Yosemite Falls Cafe Manny Perales posted on social media that the restaurant located in Granite Park at 4020 N. Cedar Avenue has officially closed. ‘Wasn’t an easy decision’: Coffee shop in Clovis closes "I would like to thank all the great customers that supported us the past 14 years, at this location," Perales wrote. Perales says all employees at that location will have an opportunity to interview at the other two locations that will remain open, one on Blackstone Avenue and the other in Clovis. Perales urges the community to support local restaurants. He previously spoke to YourCentralValley.com in July about the cost of doing business amid the rising cost of paying for utilities. The owner says the property will be sold, providing new owners an opportunity to provide something new.
