EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) - Christina Sanchez will officially take the oath of office as El Paso County attorney on Thursday morning, Jan. 2, the El Paso County Attorney's Office announced in a news release. The Attorney's Office said the swearing-in ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. on Jan. 2, at the Commissioners Court Courtroom located on the third floor of the El Paso County Courthouse. Selina Saenz, judge of the 65th District Court, will preside over the ceremony and administer the oath of office to County Attorney Sanchez, the Attorney's Office said. Additionally, all assistant county attorneys and county attorney investigators will be sworn in during the event.
