MINOT, ND (KXNET) — The Silver Alert put out yesterday, December 31, for 84-year-old Minot woman Faye Schaefer has been canceled, and she has been safely located. The North Dakota Highway Patrol and North Dakota BCI issued the alert, and the Department of Emergency Services sent out a message this morning saying she has been located by law enforcement.
