ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man was shot and killed in Rochester on New Year's Day, according to the Rochester Police Department. Officers responded to Curtis Street for a reported shooting and found the victim lying in the street. The victim, a man in his 20s, was shot at least once in his chest and died from his injuries. His identity is currently unknown. Investigators learned he was involved in an argument or fight in the street before the gunfire was heard.
