ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A man in his 70s was taken to the hospital Tuesday night after he was hit by a car in the city, according to the Rochester Police Department. Officers were called to the area of Jay Street and Louise Street around 8 p.m. where the victim was found injured. Police announced that the man was walking in the road when the driver of a 2021 Cadillac hit him. The driver is cooperating with officers and was not issued any tickets, according to police. 1 seriously hurt after being hit by vehicle in Pittsford The man was taken to the hospital to be treated. He is expected to survive his injuries.
