GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - The Green Bay Police Department is requesting help from the public in finding Rayshell Edwards, a missing 16-year-old from Green Bay. Edwards was reportedly last seen on Sunday, Dec. 22 at her home in the 800 block of Smith Street in Green Bay. Shawano man indicted on federal drug charges, faces 20 years in prison Edwards is described as 5-foot-7 and weighs about 180 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
