Wind advisory affecting New York Wednesday and Thursday

On Tuesday at 1:59 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a wind advisory valid from Wednesday noon until Thursday noon for Seneca, Tompkins and Cortland counties.The weather service describes, "West winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph expected."
