LOS ALAMOS, N.M. (KRQE) – The Los Alamos Police Department is investigating a plane crash that occurred just before 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Los Alamos Airport. Los Alamos Police Department Deputy Police Chief James Rodriguez in a press release said that the pilot was attempting to land when a crosswind caught the plane and pushed it off the runway. U.S. Border Patrol warns migrants of dangers of crossing during winter season The pilot was not injured. The crash is under investigation.
