HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- After a two day search, a man has been found and arrested in connection to the attempted murder of a 61-year-old woman in Hanover. According to the Hanover County Sheriff's Office, 61-year-old Keith Lamont Hubbard was found and "taken into custody without incident" on Tuesday, Dec. 31. This arrest comes after deputies responded to the report of a domestic dispute on Sunday, Dec. 29 in the 8100 block of Kiwi Lane in Mechanicsville at 5:42 p.m. PREVIOUSLY: ‘Never heard of anything like this’: Mechanicsville man wanted for attempted murder after domestic dispute When they arrived, a 61-year-old woman was found with injuries considered significant. Evidence from the scene indicated Hubbard as a suspect, but he had left the scene before deputies arrived.
