Authorities respond to EMBARK bus crash, injuries reported

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Police and emergency crews were on the scene of a EMBARK bus and truck collision in southeast Oklahoma City on Tuesday.
Authorities confirm, the incident is near SE 27th and Walnut. Six people have been transported to a local hospital.

EMBARK released a statement following the incident.
An EMBARK Bus was involved in an accident at the intersection of SE 27th and Walnut on December 31, 2024, at approximately 2:45 p.m. Six people including the bus operator were transported to a local hospital. The Oklahoma City Police Department is investigating the cause of the accident. EMBARK is gathering more details and cooperating fully with the investigation.
