RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies is asking for the public’s help finding a teen last seen on Friday, said RCSD. According to the sheriff’s department, 15-year-old Chloe Felder was last seen on Walden Place Circle on Friday, December 27, before leaving her home on foot. Felder is described as 4’11”, and 95 pounds. She was last seen wearing a long black coat, black pants, white Nikes, and a white bonnet.
