HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A 2-year-old girl who died when she fell off a side-by-side utility vehicle that then hit her has been identified by the Horry County Coroner's Office. Ellieana Mishoe of Aiken died in the incident, which happened at about 5:15 p.m. Saturday on Bay View Drive, about 12 miles north of Loris. Authorities said four people were riding in the vehicle, including Ellieana and another 2-year-old. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
