CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Tacos 4 Life will be bringing craft tacos for a cause to Dilworth in January. Located at 1716 Kenilworth Ave., Unit #150, the restaurant will boast 3,000 square feet with 63 seats inside and 27 seats on their outdoor patio. Guests can expect menu favorites made from scratch daily such as the Crab Cake Taco, Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and Fried Chicken Burrito, in addition to drinks like Paradise Punch made in-house. While their food is delicious, it is their commitment to the Meal 4 Meal program that is the true difference maker at Tacos 4 Life. For every meal (taco, bowl, salad, quesadilla or nacho) a guest purchases, Tacos 4 Life donates the cost of a MannaPack Rice meal to the partnered non-profit organization, Feed My Starving Children (FMSC). FMSC developed the MannaPack Rice Meal, a scientifically formulated meal made up of rice, vitamins, soy and nutritious vegetables to provide children with the nutrients they need to grow up healthy and strong. The donated meals are then hand-packed with love and care during community-hosted MobilePack events by hundreds of local volunteers. The MannaPack Rice Meals are distributed to feeding centers, CarePoints, orphanages, schools and refugee camps in more than 90 countries where children can receive a life-saving meal every day. “Tacos 4 Life Dilworth is not only committed to serving amazing food with fresh ingredients, but enriching the lives of others through Christ’s love,” said Franchisee Keon Williams. “Our Meal 4 Meal program has already served over 38,000,000 meals and with more locations, including ours in Dilworth, that number is certainly expected to grow. Front-of-house will be managed by Assistant General Manager Haley Williams while back-of-house will be led by Kitchen Manager Terrelle Marrow and Team Lead Tommi Davis.
