(KRON) – Authorities are asking for assistance in finding a missing elderly man, according to the San Leandro Police Department. Gregory Manuel was last seen near Hays Street and W. Juana Avenue in Hayward. Manuel was last seen wearing a burgundy coat and beige pants.
