A stalled warm front off the coast is bringing milder-than-average temperatures as well as fog, mist, and drizzle overnight. There is also a chance of rain that will continue into Sunday. Sunday will have showers, drizzle, and fog with a mild for this time of year high near 50. Monday will have a cold front come through with locally heavy rain and highs near 55. Monday night, we clear the clouds and bring in the sunshine for New Year’s Eve day. Look for highs near 50. For New Year’s Eve celebrations, rain will likely develop Tuesday night, and temperatures will be near 40 at midnight. 2025 starts off with rain Wednesday morning that ends in the afternoon with highs in the upper 40s. Colder air flows into Southern New England for Thursday as skies will be mainly sunny, but highs will be near 40. Friday looks bright and dry with even colder highs closer to 35.
