MEMPHIS, Tenn. --- A Memphis concert venue had to close its doors Saturday afternoon due to flooding from the storm. Hernando's Hideaway along Old Hernando Road near Elvis Presley Boulevard closed on Saturday. Our crew was able to go inside the venue and get exclusive video of inside the property. Memphis streets, motorists impacted by flooding According to those with the venue, the building was flooded with at least three inches of water. Laura Lazar told WREG the flood was unexpected. "I did come in early to check on the property, making sure everything was good to go ready for the show tonight, and then just out of nowhere," Lazar said. "We were perfectly fine. I was setting up, answering phones, reserving tables, doing what we normally do, and we walked over and, all of a sudden, water just started gushing in." Hernando's Hideaway will be open Sunday for business.
