BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — Many law enforcement members in our area got a chance to put on their graduation caps this holiday season! Officials say officers from the Williston Police Department and the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation completed an intense 12 weeks of training. There, they polished their skills in law, weapons, first aid, physical fitness, defensive tactics, and more. Governor Kelly Armstrong even made a brief appearance as the keynote speaker for the graduation. This is the 149th class that has graduated from the Training Academy.
