Lawrence police seek information about Friday night shooting

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A house and multiple vehicles were hit in a shooting on Friday night at Pine Hills Manufactured Home Community, and Lawrence police want to hear from anyone who has more information about it.
The community is at 100 N. Michigan, just east of McDonald Drive and W. 2nd Street, and 911 callers reported the shooting shortly before 8 p.m.

Lawrence police say nobody was found hurt at the scene, but the house was struck multiple times, and four vehicles were hit as well.
Several people told officers they took cover after hearing the shots, but nobody, including people in the house that was struck, could provide a good description of the shooter.
Investigators found nearly two-dozen shell casings of the same caliber on the ground.
