BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- On this Saturday's Wake Up Wags, we met Emmie, a 2-year-old shepherd mix who is ready for adoption. Emmie loves belly rubs and is described as being very loyal. She is recovering from a surgery for double entropion, which is a condition where the eyelids roll in on themselves, causing the eyelashes to rub against the eyes.
