Childcare center employee, husband facing child sex abuse charges, deputies say

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A married couple have been arrested on multiple charges of child sex abuse - deputies say the wife had been working at a childcare center in Fresno.
Detectives say they arrested 26-year-old Robinson Thao and 24-year-old Lily Chang on Dec. 13. Thao is currently incarcerated in the Fresno County Jail, but Chang posted bond and was released on Dec. 14.
The Fresno County District Attorney’s Office has since filed criminal charges on both suspects.
According to deputies, Thao faces felony charges of: sodomy of a child under 14, oral copulation with a child under 14, lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, arranging to meet a minor for sexual purposes, and possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Chang, who had been working at a childcare center in Fresno, faces a felony charge of possessing CSAM.
