Syracuse, N.Y. — A 50-year-old man was charged with making a terroristic threat Friday after preventing Destiny USA from opening, police said.Darrell Anderson Navedo, of Syracuse, made threats in an internet chat to go to Destiny USA and kill two people, according to an emergency risk protection order filed Friday by the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office.
