OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for a man last seen in Oklahoma City. According to OHP, 50-year-old Ricky Joe Tharp was last seen on Friday, December 20, with his Goldendoodle service dog.
