WASCO, Calif. (KGET) -- An 18-year-old from Wasco who was involved in a fatal traffic collision on Dec. 7. has been identified by the Kern County Coroner's Office. Luis Jesus Rios, 18, was driving a vehicle that collided into a piece of farm equipment and was later transported to Kern Medical where he died later that day. The incident occurred at about 7:30 a.m., on Kimberlina Road at Root Avenue. The California Highway Patrol is investigating this crash.
