After enjoying a break from organized rain showers on Thursday, another weather system has tracked into the area today. More rain chances will be the theme of the forecast to end 2024... Look for the widespread rain of the afternoon to scatter out this evening into tonight. Take the umbrella with you as you're heading out and about. Temperatures will only drop as low as the upper 40s overnight, with wind gusts up to 30 mph possible at times. Scattered rain continues this evening.Temperatures continue to rise overnight. We may even see some peeks of sunshine during the afternoon hours.
