New Year's events in Rochester to ring in 2025!

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — 2024 will be leaving shortly and we will say hello to 2025!
The Rochester area has plenty of celebrations planned for New Year's Eve. News 8 has compiled a list of events arranged by time for December 31:
Seneca Park Zoo's Noon Year's Eve
For kids or anyone who doesn't want to stay up late, the Seneca Park Zoo is doing the ball drop early!
Guests at the zoo will count down to the afternoon at two ball drops at the zoo — at the snow leopard habitat and the elephant habitat.
Believe & Achieve New Year's Celebration
The City of Rochester will be celebrating the new year with the Believe & Achieve event! The day will be spent helping residents kicking off 2025 with confidence.
The event will include self-confidence and wellness workshops, affirmations, and setting goals. There will also be music and activities.
The event will be from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Thomas P. Ryan Jr. R-Center.
Nazareth University Welcomes.... The Capitol Fools
The former cast members of the musical/satire group Capitol Steps will be performing a show called Capitol Fools at Nazareth University. The show aims to poke fun at current politics.

New Year's Eve Musical Mayhem!
Six artists will take the stage at Blackfriars Theatre for Musical Roulette — where the singers will be performing with a live band backing them.
That's not all — the six performers must perform a second number. They will be at the mercy of the audience, who will pick which songs will be sung by which singer!

Lucky's New Year's Eve Dinner
Those looking to grab dinner for New Year's Eve have plenty of options, including Lucky's on North Winton Road.
The restaurant's special New Year's Dinner starts at 5 p.m., with festive specials planned with its dinner.
A deposit will secure your table and a reservation includes a toast to 2025. More information about Lucky's can be found here.
John DiCrosta at Comedy at the Carlson
Comedian and ventriloquist John DiCrosta will help Comedy at the Carlson ring in the New Year with two shows — featuring special guest Todd Youngman!
The shows will be at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on New Year's Eve. Tickets can be bought here.
New Year's Eve Bar Crawl
The 2025 New Year's Eve Bar Crawl will be ringing in the new year! Those who wish to take part in the bar crawl must check in between 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at O'Callaghan's Pub on Monroe Avenue.
Bristol Mountain New Year's Eve
Bristol Mountain will be hosting a night of music, dancing, and entertainment for New Year's Eve. There will also be skiing, torches, and fireworks to help ring in 2025!
There will be no cost to attend the festivities. The event will be from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Electric New Year's Eve
Harmonica Lewinski and DJ Chreath will be performing at Radio Social for its Electric New Year's Eve!
The festivities begin at 7 p.m. and end at 1 a.m. An adult must accompany all attendees under 21.
ARTISANWorks New Year's Eve Bash
Rochester residents are invited to ARTISANWorks for a New Year's Eve Bash, featuring food and drinks, a champagne toast, and a live DJ!
Tickets can be found here. The doors to the event open at 8 p.m. The event is from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Party Like Gatsby
Those who wish to party like the Great Gatsby will be able to do so at the Cub Room's New Year's party!
Party Like Gatsby will feature a five-course dinner, a glass of champagne for midnight, dancing, and more!

Pop. Fizz. Clink. Champagne New Year's Party
The Century Club of Rochester is celebrating the arrival of the new year — with a champagne toast, DJ, dancing, and more!
The event will be held at the Strathallan Rochester Hotel & Spa from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
New Year's Eve at Roar
Rochester's nightclub Roar will be celebrating New Year's Eve — featuring drag shows, two DJs, and a free champagne toast at midnight!
No tickets will be required for the event. Guests 18 years or older are invited to attend. It will start at 8 p.m. through 3 a.m.
United We Dance
Described as the "ultimate rave experience," United We Dance will be ringing in the new year at Water Street Music Hall! EDM fans can expect to hear a blend of hits, melodies, and bass drops!
