WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - KSN News is working to learn more information about a shooting Friday morning in Great Bend. Following the shooting, authorities pursued a vehicle on U.S. Highway 281 south of Great Bend, which ended with a crash on U.S. Highway 50 in Stafford County. Stafford County Communications says heavy law enforcement is in the 200 block of W. U.S. Highway 50 and to stay out of the area. The Great Bend Post reports that the driver of that vehicle is deceased. KSN News has contacted the Barton County Sheriff's Office and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation to learn more information.
