Syracuse, N.Y. — Let’s be honest, when it comes to dining out, skipping the starters is just wrong. That’s why this year, our food team (Jared Paventi, Jacob Pucci and Charlie Miller) put our forks to the test at more than 75 restaurants. If it had an appetizer menu, we were all in.
