Heading into 2025 Exposé, iconic 90s trio, still captivates fans after 38 years

The iconic 90s pop trio Exposé is still captivating fans nearly four decades after their debut. With seven back-to-back Top 10 hits, the group's members say their bond wasn't instant, but over time it has become iron-clad.
“We started out really not knowing each other,” shared Jeanette Jurado, recalling Exposé’s early days. “But we’ve become such wonderful friends with so much history. At this point, there’s no getting away—we’re stuck together, and we love it.”
Ann Curless echoed the sentiment, marveling at their longevity.
“I never thought back in the ’80s that we’d still be doing this in 2024, almost 2025. It’s surreal, but we’re so grateful,” Curless said.
The group, brought together by the producer of their first record, bonded over a shared love for music during an initial meeting at a restaurant.
“Within three months, we were recording and touring,” said Jurado. “We were all fans of each other’s voices from the beginning.”
Exposé doesn’t shy away from their identity as one of the first successful “girl groups.” Gioia Bruno embraces the label, celebrating the group’s dynamic.
“We are women—stronger, powerful, working together for 38 years. That’s what it’s about,” Bruno said.

For Exposé, their concerts are about more than nostalgia; instead, they redirect their fans to a simpler time.
“Our job is to bring people back to a time in life that was just easier,” said Curless. “Our songs conjure up great memories—proms, grad nights, fun times with friends.”
As they prepare to welcome 2025, the group reflected on their dream Las Vegas acts. From the Rat Pack to Elton John’s flamboyant early years, the trio appreciates the city’s rich entertainment legacy.
“Vegas is always alive,” said Jurado. “There’s nowhere else like it.”
