The 16-year-old was arrested Thursday and charged with murder, police said. He will be held in a juvenile holding facility.
Officers found Kavone Marshall with a gunshot wound after being called at about 6:20 p.m. to investigate a shooting on Harrison Street. Police said he was uncooperative and would not talk about where the incident happened.
While officers were still at the scene, they got a report about another gunshot victim -- Kevin Mashall -- who was already at the hospital. He also refused to speak to officers, police said.
